The hotel was beautifully designed and absolutely amazing. The location was excellent and good, just 5 min walk from Dubrovnik old town. We had a large bedroom. There were a safe, coffee, and a kitchenette area, which was great. The location was excellent.

It was so tiny for three people and the bathroom squeezed under the stairwell. It was not the big, three person room pictured.

Right in the middle of Dubrovnik and wonderful. It is up some very narrow stairs on a side street which you had to haul your luggage up to but once there it was wonderful.

This place was a great stay with an amazing location near the airport, close to a ferry, and right by the center of the Old Town.

The location was excellent (although up stairs, so not suitable for wheelchair access). The room is very cute with a clean bathroom and there was a small communal kitchen available for making tea or coffee (supplied, including biscuits).

The ceiling height is about 2 metres with wooden beams, which was fiine for us but may be a problem for a tall person.

We had a really enjoyable stay out of town.

the location was unbeatable and excellent, and we could reach sponza palace by walking. it was set in a very picturesque area.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, the location was amazing right at Sponza Palace, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The landlady Anka is very friendly person. She will help to answer your every questions. Definitely stay there in my next trip

Good location within the Dubrovnik city walls. It was up a lot of steps but worth it. The owners shifted our luggage for us when we were leaving which was very nice of them. A great place to stay - lots of atmosphere.

The location is great as you can go back to your room after shopping to drop off stuff or have a break from walking around easily. They have teas and coffees which is great!

Stairs. Wouldn't recommend to small kids or elders.

The rooms here had a modern vibe and the bed was seriously cozy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. the staff were top-notch, super friendly and helpful.

Owners were very helpful and cheery - allowed us to leave luggage after we checked out by giving us a separate key to the front door. Room was pleasant and very clean. There was a small shared kitchen where you can make drinks. Great location - despite being up a very steep hill

No reception - if the owners are not there when you arrive you need to ring and they turn up in a few minutes.

The guesthouse is very conveniently situated in the old city.

The description on the website is a little misleading. It does not seem to be that recently renovated. The room that we were in had a shower stall tucked under a spiral staircase, so it was very small (could be considered a clever use of space, I suppose). The guesthouse is up some very steep steps in the old city. I would recommend not bringing too much luggage. Paid parking can be reached only up some more flights of stairs. There was no maid service during the 3 days that we were there -- perhaps because it is a guest house.
